H.E. Dr. Abdulla Abudalee Al Humaidan holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management (2018) from the Abu Dhabi School of Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management (2008) from the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE, and a Diploma in Information Systems Management (1998) from the same university. He held the position of Executive Director at the Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council between 2012 and 2016, and Director of the Project Management Office at the same institution between 2010 and 2012. He also held several positions at the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), including Director of the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department, Head of the Training and Development Department, Head of the Recruitment Committee, Head of the Media and Publications Committee between 2007 and 2010, and Training Officer between 2002 and 2007. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the National Rehabilitation Centre since January 2012, and a member of the Supreme Committee of the seventh session of the Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak Programme for Excellence and Community Intelligence. Since January 2016, he has served as Secretary General of Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination in the United Arab Emirates. He also worked as an Assistant and Programmer at Emirates Media Corporation between 1999 and 2002, and as a Training Coordinator at Abu Dhabi Drilling and Chemical Products Company between 1998 and 1999.
