Nasiba Abdulla Al Hammadi is a Clinical Psychologist and the Head of the Comprehensive Diagnostic Center – Al Dhafra, as well as the Head of the Early Detection Unit – Abu Dhabi.

She has extensive experience in diagnosing and assessing People of Determination, and in developing integrated services for children and their families.

She contributed to the development of the Disability Classification Guide for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, established the first comprehensive diagnostic center in Al Dhafra, and advanced early detection and family counseling services.

She has delivered specialized awareness workshops on disability for government entities and led pioneering initiatives, such as the Emirati-Russian Psychology Dictionary project.

In addition, she actively participates in conferences and scientific activities to promote knowledge and enhance professional practices in mental health and rehabilitation.
